The St. Paul Truth-In-Sale of Housing Report and Seller's Property Disclosure Statement are important resources to help a buyer to determine the overall and specific condition of a home. When selling a home in St. Paul, a seller must complete the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement (available for download by clicking the icon to the right) while the Truth in Housing document must be completed by a licensed professional. |
