Seller's Disclosure Statement

When selling a home in St. Paul, a seller must have two documents available in the home. One is a St. Paul Truth-In-Sale of Housing Report and the other is a Seller's Property Disclosure Statement. The seller must complete the Seller's Property Disclosure Statement (available by clicking the icon to the right) while the Truth in Housing document must be completed by a professional. The professional inspectors I respect and recommend are listed to the left.

Agency Relationships
When lisitng a home for sale with a Realtor®, it is important to understand the relationship created by the Exclusive Seller contract. You will be asked to sign this form when you have decided on the Realtor® you wish to work with.

This document details your agreement with the Realtor® that you have decided to work with for the sale of your home. It is a contract and, amongst other things, it defines the duration of the listing agreement and the fee for the Realtor's services.
