I've been a Realtor® for over 35 years and I've been a St. Paul resident all my life. I grew up here, I was educated here, I bought a home and raised my kids here. I know this area and its benefits very well. My networks in this area are extensive and deep, developed over 55+ years as a resident and more than 30 years as a Realtor. I am proud of the fact that I have held a variety of positions of responsibility in various civic and church organizations in our community. I get a sense of satisfaction from the time I have contributed to a variety of social service organizations in our community over the past several years. • For 15 years I owned and operated Knudsen Realty Company. I was personally responsible for the listing, marketing, sale and successful closing of hundreds of transactions!
  

• For ten years, I was an instructor of Continuing Real Estate Education. I taught other Realtors what they needed to know about the forms they use every day. I am recognized as one of the most knowledgeable instructors on this topic.
